The country singer is all-in on transforming his health and fitness.

Kane Brown is dedicated to his health and wellness goals, recently sharing that he wrapped up a demanding 60-hour fast that tested both his mind and body. The country artist, known for giving fans a peek into his fitness journey, marked the end of the fast with his first meal in more than two days, which he shared in an Instagram Story update.

“I just finished a 60-hour fast,” Kane Brown said in a brief video clip, proudly showing off his first post-fast meal: chicken and broccoli.

He playfully mentioned skipping the BBQ sauce in favor of pepper, joking that the spice nearly closed up his throat.

The “Backseat Driver” artist is more driven than ever to level up his fitness.

“Time to become a lean, mean, shredded machine—let’s go,” he declared.

Earlier this year, Brown opened up to Men’s Health about his wellness goals, revealing he’s set some big personal targets for 2025. With a major tour on the horizon, the country star is staying locked in and committed to maintaining his focus and discipline.

Staying healthy while traveling isn’t the easiest, he acknowledged. “It definitely becomes more of a challenge,” he said. Kicking off 2025 with fresh intentions, he set a few goals for himself: cutting out nicotine, quitting his nail-biting habit, and committing to daily workouts. “Tour hasn’t kicked off just yet, but we’re getting close,” he added.

Maintaining a nutritious diet on the road presents its own set of hurdles. “Late-night meals after shows are usually the toughest because that’s when fast food sneaks in,” he explained. “You’ll probably need to check in with me later to see if I’ve kept it up.”

With these personal resolutions in focus, Brown is also making a conscious effort to improve his eating habits.

“My eating habits have shifted a lot—especially this year,” he shared in the interview. “I recently tried sautéed spinach for the first time, had salmon, which isn’t normally something I eat, and I’ve been making a real effort to load up on greens.” He recalled a moment at the airport when, instead of sampling from the buffet, he filled his plate entirely with broccoli. “I don’t really know how I’m managing this, but I am—and so can you,” he said, adding that this change has actually helped him start enjoying other green vegetables too.

He admitted that his old diet was much more limited: “I used to only eat green beans, peas, and green grapes.”

Exercise also plays a major role in his lifestyle. Brown said he aims to work out daily, especially when he’s home and not touring.

“My friends think I’m a bit nuts,” he laughed. “Lately, I’ve stuck to my usual routine, but I’ve also brought in a personal trainer for more intense sessions.”

As The High Road Tour kicks into gear, Brown is staying committed to his fitness goals—even while traveling. He plans to keep up with his workouts on the road, even if it means adjusting his typical pre-show habits.

“I’m skipping the snacks,” he shared. “I do usually have a bit of tequila before hitting the stage—something I’m also working on cutting back. It helps get me hyped up and into performance mode, but ideally, I’d like to get to a point where I don’t rely on it.”

Brown’s tour continues through October, keeping him busy and focused on staying disciplined while performing night after night.
