Kane Brown is undergoing significant lifestyle changes that have positively affected him.

Kane Brown is beginning a new phase of personal growth by focusing more on nurturing both his mental and physical well-being.
The country music artist recently shared an update on his health journey through an Instagram post, posting before-and-after photos of his body from April 1 to May 19.
“I’ve been really committed to fitness and health, and I hope others will join me on this path,” he wrote.
Strict 60-Hour Fast
In a follow-up Instagram story, Kane Brown shared more details about the early phase of his health journey and the routine that helped him stay disciplined. He revealed that he undertook a 60-hour fast, consuming only water and black coffee without any slip-ups.
Brown explained that this rigorous fast typically leads to losing “at least 5-7 pounds” and helps eliminate harmful cells from the body, which he sees as the first step toward avoiding unhealthy habits moving forward.
Beyond the physical changes, Brown noted a significant mental shift as well. In a recent interview with ABC News Live Prime’s Linsey Davis, correspondent Ashan Singh spoke with the country star about his ongoing mental health journey, recent lifestyle adjustments, and how these experiences influenced his latest album, The High Road.
“I know people talk about spiritual awakenings, but in the past month or two, everything has really flipped for me. Honestly, working out regularly and quitting nicotine while focusing on myself has made me feel younger, more energized, and much happier. My depression has lessened a lot,” Brown shared openly.
Despite the positive strides, Brown has remained transparent about both the highs and lows, especially through his music. His album The High Road includes heartfelt tracks like “Haunted,” featuring Jelly Roll.
When discussing the collaboration with Jelly Roll on that song, Brown acknowledged the common ground they share. Both artists have faced their own intense struggles and use their visibility to remind fans that even those who seem to have it all together deal with personal battles behind the scenes.
“At my shows, I often say that people tend to view celebrities as untouchable, but we’re really just regular people. I’m probably one of the most down-to-earth people you’ll meet, and I want everyone to know—just like Jelly Roll does—that we all face challenges and have people who love us no matter what. It’s important to reach out and get help before things get worse, especially guys. I think many men don’t talk about these struggles,” Brown expressed candidly.
