“…Now I’m setting my sights on becoming a bodybuilder,” he shares.

Kane Brown has entered a new chapter focused on fitness and bodybuilding.
In a recent appearance on The Bobby Bones Show, the country star opened up about his revamped health routine and shared his ambition to pursue bodybuilding.
Brown explained that his lifestyle shift was sparked by unhealthy habits while touring, including frequent late-night fast food binges after performances.
“I was grabbing two cheeseburgers from Five Guys at 2:00 AM and heading straight to bed,” he admitted. “I didn’t even realize how much weight I was gaining because my goal was just to bulk up and get as big as I could. I hit 205 pounds, but after doing that 60-hour fast, I completely lost the urge to put anything unhealthy—especially sugar—into my body.”
Since April 1, Kane Brown has committed himself to a strict fitness and wellness routine—and he’s encouraging others to join him on the journey. “From April 1st on the left until today on the right, I’ve been super dedicated to fitness and health. I would love others to come on this journey with me,” he shared in a recent social media post, alongside a striking transformation photo.
Beyond his health goals, Brown is keeping fans energized with new music. His latest release, “2 Pair,” is a lively, summer-ready track that blends his signature mix of country, pop, and R&B. The song follows his recent album The High Road and captures the upbeat spirit of the season.
“‘2 Pair’ is an anthem for the summer. I wanted to give my fans a song they can blast at full volume and sing along to all summer long,” Brown said. “It perfectly matches the energy of the best time of the year, and I hope they feel that energy the same way I do.”
Brown is also staying busy on the road, with a packed schedule of festival appearances, including a performance at Buckeye Country Superfest in Columbus, Ohio this week.
