Wynonna Judd’s daughter, Grace Kelley, faces an additional charge following her arrest on April 5. Records indicate that on Thursday, April 11, the 27-year-old was charged with “soliciting prostitution.” Allegedly, she “exposed her breasts and lower body” on a busy highway in Alabama and was reportedly carrying a sign reading “ride for a ride,” as per a Daily Mail interview with Millbrook police chief P.K. Johnson. Kelley’s bond has been set at $2,000.

As of now, a spokesperson for the Millbrook Police Department has not responded to PEOPLE’s request for comment.

Kelley, whose father is Arch Kelley III, was booked into the Elmore County Jail on Friday at 5:05 p.m. on charges of indecent exposure and obstructing governmental operations.

According to charging documents obtained by, Kelley allegedly “exposed her breasts and lower body” at a busy intersection in Millbrook and then refused to identify herself when officers attempted to arrest her.

Kelley’s legal issues trace back to 2016 when she was arrested for possession of methamphetamine.

In 2018, she received an eight-year prison sentence for leaving a court-mandated drug recovery program, which constituted a violation of her probation.

Subsequently, in December 2022, The Daily Beast reported her release from jail. However, in May 2023, she was arrested again on charges of violating an order of protection and restraining order, as well as violating parole. Following this, she was returned to jail and released once more in October of the same year.

During a temporary absence from jail in March 2022, she gave birth to her daughter, Kaliyah Chanel.

The country singer shared insights about her daughter with PEOPLE in 2022, highlighting how her daughter is unafraid to correct her. “Gracie will be the first one to say, ‘Mom, that’s not exactly how it happened,'” she said. “It’s not about judgment, it’s just about calling me out when I get too big for my britches, as they say. And Gracie’s the one that does it.”

Kelley’s next court appearance is scheduled for April 25.
