The country artist has announced 14 additional dates for the tour.
Get ready, country music enthusiasts! Chris Stapleton’s All-American Road Show is heading your way this summer.
On Thursday, January 9, the 46-year-old “Parachute” singer revealed that his tour is making a return. After announcing dates in Australia, Stapleton has added 14 new performances across North America. The newly scheduled shows will begin on June 4 in Greenville, South Carolina, and wrap up on October 10 in Hollywood, Florida.
Stapleton will be joined by a variety of artists on select dates, including Nikki Lane, Brittney Spencer, The War and Treaty, Mike Campbell & the Dirty Knobs, Maggie Rose, Grace Potter, Allen Stone, and Marty Stuart & His Fabulous Superlatives.
Stapleton’s latest album, Higher, was released in 2023 and has earned a nomination for Best Country Album at the upcoming Grammy Awards. Additionally, the track “It Takes a Woman” is nominated for Best Country Solo Performance.
In the past year, the “You Should Probably Leave” singer also featured on Post Malone’s country album F-1 Trillion, and the two performed their collaboration “California Sober” at the 2024 CMA Awards in November. At that event, Stapleton took home two awards: Song of the Year and Single of the Year for “White Horse.”
Later that month, the “Tennessee Whiskey” artist made headlines after a teenager shared that he had visited her following a tragic crash in which she was the sole survivor, losing her grandmother, father, and younger sister.
According to FOX 4 Kansas City, 19-year-old Alex Moffett was heading to one of Chris Stapleton’s concerts when she was involved in a car crash. After learning that the trip was mainly for the Stapleton concert, one of her doctors reached out to the singer to share her story.
“We were supposed to just have a FaceTime with him, but they called and said the service was bad and they’d call us back in a few minutes,” Moffett explained before revealing the surprise. “A minute later, we got a knock on my door, and they just came in.”
During his visit, Stapleton performed “Traveller,” a song he wrote following the death of his own father.
