Riley Green Will Headline New Year’s Eve Live From Niagara Falls

By Wade Carter

Riley Green has a big New Year’s Eve plan, and it comes with one of the most recognizable backdrops around.

According to MusicRow, Green is set to headline a special live New Year’s Eve concert at Niagara Falls. The event marks the return of the Niagara Falls New Year’s Eve concert in 2026, its first time back since 2019.

That is a pretty strong way to bring a tradition back. If you are going to restart a major holiday concert, putting a country headliner in front of the Falls is not exactly easing back into it.

A country-heavy New Year’s Eve lineup

Green will not be the only artist helping count down the night. MusicRow reports the celebration will also feature:

  • The Reklaws
  • Tenille Townes
  • Sacha

That gives the show a broad country feel, with a mix of voices fans will know from radio, streaming and live stages. For country fans, it is another sign that the genre continues to hold a strong place in major holiday programming.

Green’s music has always leaned into straightforward storytelling, which fits well on a night like New Year’s Eve. Big stages are nice, but country music still works best when the songs feel like they are aimed at regular folks watching at home, maybe with a plate of snacks nearby and somebody in the room asking what time it is every five minutes.

How fans can watch

The live New Year’s Eve special will run for 90 minutes, according to MusicRow. It will stream on Crave and will also be available on CP24.

That matters for fans who want to catch the celebration without having to be right there at Niagara Falls. A televised and streamed special gives country listeners a chance to be part of the night from wherever they are watching.

It also gives Green another high-profile spot at a strong time in his career. On Billboard Canada’s Canada Country chart dated October 24, 2026, Riley Green’s “Think As You Drunk” was ranked No. 4, according to Billboard Canada.

That kind of chart position shows his music is connecting with listeners, and a New Year’s Eve headlining slot puts him in front of even more people as the calendar turns.

What it means for country fans

New Year’s Eve shows can sometimes feel like a little bit of everything thrown into one pot. This one has a clear country backbone, with Green leading the way and several other country acts joining the celebration.

For fans, it is another reason to keep an eye on the year-end music specials. Country music is not just showing up for the countdown. It is helping lead it.

We’ll be listening for more from Riley Green and the rest of that New Year’s Eve lineup here at Big Country 103.9.
