Reports Claim Arrest Warrant Issued for Bailey Zimmerman Following Alleged Hotel Incident in New Mexico

The country singer is reportedly facing both felony and misdemeanor charges following an alleged incident in which a hotel room was damaged, resulting in more than $16,000 in losses.
An arrest warrant has reportedly been issued in New Mexico for Bailey Zimmerman, according to court documents filed with the Albuquerque Metropolitan Court.
A report from TMZ states that Zimmerman is facing both felony and misdemeanor charges after allegedly damaging a hotel room and causing more than $16,000 in losses.
Court records indicate the warrant was issued on June 18. The charges reportedly include criminal damage to property valued over $1,000, which is classified as a felony, as well as two misdemeanor counts of falsely obtaining services.
The case is linked to an alleged incident on May 27, when Zimmerman was scheduled to perform in Albuquerque at the amphitheater inside Sandia Resort and Casino. According to the report, authorities claim he went on a “bender,” damaged the hotel room, and ultimately canceled his scheduled performance that night before being removed from the property.
Additional allegations suggest the singer appeared intoxicated during the evening, acting erratically during soundcheck—reportedly stumbling, falling, and throwing equipment. He is also accused of abruptly leaving the stage and later behaving disruptively while returning to the resort, including an alleged incident involving a security officer.
Officials ultimately escorted him from the resort after staff requested his removal.
The following day, housekeeping reportedly found significant damage inside the hotel room, including broken furniture, a damaged television and phone, stains on the carpet, and a hole in the wall. The total estimated damage exceeded $16,000, according to the documents.
The hotel also claimed Zimmerman charged over $400 in alcohol to the room without paying the bill. Authorities and resort staff reportedly attempted to contact him and his team but were unsuccessful, which led to the issuance of the warrant.
Zimmerman later canceled additional tour dates, including a May 30 show in California, citing illness. At the time, he told fans he was unable to perform and needed to recover before returning to the stage.
