Luke Bryan Postpones Washington Concerts as Destructive Wildfires Sweep the Region

By Website Content Manager

Ongoing wildfires across the Pacific Northwest have caused dangerous air quality, prompting the country singer to postpone his outdoor concerts.

Bryan was originally set to perform at BECU Live at Northern Quest in Airway Heights, Washington, on Friday, Aug. 7. That concert has been moved to Sunday, Oct. 11, 2026, at 7 p.m. His second scheduled appearance at White River Amphitheatre in Auburn, Washington, on Saturday, Aug. 8, has also been rescheduled and will now take place on Saturday, Oct. 10, 2026.

In a statement to fans, Bryan expressed his disappointment over the change.

“I’m so sorry for the change in plans. Because these are outdoor shows, I’m not able to give you the show you deserve under the current conditions. Thank you for your patience and understanding. I can’t wait to be back and see you all soon.”

Tickets purchased for the original concert dates will remain valid for the rescheduled shows. Those unable to attend the new dates are encouraged to contact the appropriate venue’s box office for assistance.

The postponements come as wildfires continue to affect the Pacific Northwest. Several blazes remain active, with reports indicating that roughly 10,200 acres have burned and 921 structures have been destroyed. Smoke from the fires has also led to unhealthy air quality across much of the region, making outdoor events difficult to hold safely.

Despite the unexpected schedule changes, Bryan is continuing preparations for the release of his upcoming album, SIGNS, which is set to arrive on Sept. 18. The project’s title track, penned by Jody Stevens, Patrick Murphy, Jason Duke, Tommy Cecil, and Jon Mills, is the fifth preview released ahead of the album. It follows previously unveiled songs including “Word On The Street,” “Country And She Knows It,” “Fish Hunt Golf Drink,” and “Made It A Memory.”
