“Greetings, everyone,” Shelton began before delivering a significant revelation.

Prepare for an exciting surprise, as Blake Shelton has something special in store for fans—a surprise pop-up appearance at Ole Red in Tishomingo, Oklahoma, later this week.
The country star dropped a hint about his upcoming visit to his hometown’s Ole Red establishment on social media on Tuesday afternoon.
“Hello, everyone! I’m considering organizing something at Ole Red Tishomingo later this week. It’s nothing major, just thinking about playing a few songs,” he shared. “I’ll provide you all with an update in a day or so!”
Hey people! I’m thinking about doing something at @OleRed Tishomingo later this week. Not a big deal at all but just maybe play a few songs. I’ll send an update for y’all in a day or so!

Enthusiastic fans flooded the comments section, expressing their anticipation. Some went as far as offering to travel across the country to be part of the spontaneous performance.
“I might have to use up some frequent flyer miles for a last-minute journey,” a Twitter user expressed, while another shared, “Perhaps you could give me a heads-up so I can book a flight! Thanks!”
Several fans requested that the country icon be joined by his wife, Gwen Stefani. Others encouraged him to consider visiting other Ole Red locations, such as Gatlinburg.
Shelton has become known for surprising fans with impromptu visits to various Ole Red establishments on unexpected occasions.
Most recently, the “No Body” singer made a stop at the Ole Red located inside Nashville’s BNA Airport in Terminal C. During this surprise appearance, he treated fans to a special live rendition of the song that inspired the bar’s name.
“Surprisingly, this is my first time visiting the Ole Red at the airport. Thank you all for your support and for coming here,” Shelton shared during the event. “I figured I couldn’t step into an Ole Red without singing ‘Ol’ Red’!”
Amidst a performance by local Nashville artist Morgan Alexander, Shelton’s unexpected appearance added an element of surprise. In a humorous tune crafted to welcome Shelton, Alexander serenaded:
“We’ve got a presence in our midst, A hat-wearing figure, can’t be missed. It’s Blake, oh yes, it’s Blake Shelton,” Alexander sang, setting the stage for Shelton’s arrival. “Right here, in his very own bar, A country superstar, not too far. It’s Blake, yes indeed, it’s Blake Shelton.”
During the impromptu set, Alexander generously lent his guitar to Shelton for the performance. After Shelton’s unexpected performance, he pleasantly surprised Alexander by presenting him with a brand-new Takamine guitar, the very same type he often gifts to his top contestants on the reality show “The Voice.”
“Thank you, Blake. I’ll make sure to send you that song I wrote for you with the guitar,” Alexander shared on social media, as reported by Ole Red’s website.
He had previously made an appearance at Ole Red in Tishomingo alongside his wife, Gwen Stefani, in July 2021. This performance was significant as it was the first public appearance the newlyweds made after their wedding. The event also served as a rehearsal for Shelton’s Friends And Heroes Tour.
Earlier in the year, Shelton and Ryman Hospitality Properties broke ground on Ole Red Las Vegas at Caesars Entertainment’s Horseshoe Las Vegas. This upcoming establishment, covering approximately 27,000 square feet and designed to accommodate 686 seats, is set to become the largest Ole Red venue to date. It also marks the brand’s debut in the western United States.
