Hurley expressed her joy on her birthday, revealing that she’s “deeply in love.”

Billy Ray Cyrus is showing his affection publicly.
On Tuesday, June 10, the country singer took to Instagram to share a heartfelt birthday message for his partner, Elizabeth Hurley, in honor of her 60th birthday.
The post featured a cheerful photo of the couple, with Hurley sitting on Cyrus’ lap as they both beamed at the camera.
“Happy birthday to the love of my life ❤️,” he wrote in the caption.
Elizabeth Hurley marked her 60th birthday with a bold Instagram post, posing nude in a grassy field, adorned only with a necklace and covering herself with her arms and legs.
“Happy birthday to me!” she wrote in the caption. Reflecting on a milestone-filled year, she noted it was her 30th year working with the Estée Lauder Companies, her 30th anniversary as Global Ambassador for their Breast Cancer Campaign, the 20th anniversary of her swimwear brand, @elizabethhurleybeach — and she added, “I’m in love.”
Hurley, who went public with her relationship with Billy Ray Cyrus, 63, in April, expressed gratitude for her loved ones, writing, “Feeling very blessed and grateful for having the best friends & family in the world.” She also shared that the photo was “taken this afternoon… in my birthday suit xxx.”
Cyrus and Hurley made their first red carpet appearance as a couple on May 24 in Rome at the opening of the Orizzonti/Rosso exhibition by the Fondazione Valentino Garavani e Giancarlo Giammetti, held at Palazzo Barberini.
Just two days later, Cyrus posted behind-the-scenes clips from their evening out, calling Hurley “my beautiful girlfriend” in the caption.
During a breast cancer research event on May 13, Hurley opened up about their connection, saying, “We are very happy, we both love country music, we both love the country, and we both love our kids. We’re happy together.”
The couple originally met in 2022 while filming Christmas in Paradise. Although they had a spark then, it wasn’t until a few years later — during a tough period for Cyrus — that Hurley reached out, and their relationship blossomed. They publicly confirmed their romance in April.
Hurley was previously married to businessman Arun Nayar from 2007 to 2010 and was later engaged to Australian cricketer Shane Warne until 2013. She shares a son, Damian, with the late businessman Steve Bing. Meanwhile, Cyrus has five children — Brandi, Trace, Miley, Braison, and Noah — with ex-wife Tish Cyrus, and another son, Christopher Cody, with ex-girlfriend Kristin Luckey.
